In this interactive session, we'll call on a group of your peers to participate in an “expert” panel. This panel will be in the midst of a hypothetical change. You will ask them questions to determine how they will help guide the team/department/organization through this change via the lens of leadership, mid-level managers, and day-to-day operations of various departments.
