At Choice Hotels, all of their associate’s meetings (like town halls) are held twice a year—live at one of their offices and broadcasted out to other offices and remote employees. They were continually getting feedback that the meetings were a lot of “talking heads.” As a result, Choice Hotels ran a contest among their employee base to get an actual associate to emcee the 2017 meetings.

By hosting this content, Choice Hotels not only boosted engagement via their intranet, but also created a good buzz for the meeting and reinforced their people-focused culture.

Discover how Choice Hotels used their intranet to drive engagement, change behaviors, and reinforced their culture, including how to:

  • Integrate interactive tools you can employ to get employees actively engaged
  • Create front-line events, by and for your employees
  • Explore new engagement tactics such as video submissions, online voting, and competitions
