Years of rapid organizational growth and a history of little IT application governance led to over 1,500 employee-facing applications at UPMC. With no central access point, staff’s ability to find the information and tools needed to do their job became next to impossible.

Internal Communications had already laid a strong foundation with their intranet upgrade two years ago, which focused on strict content management and governance.
